Bridge Road Molesey has a new restaurant – Mezzet Dar at number 39
Welcome Dar!
These photos are from the Launch Party on Friday 10th October, attended by The Mayor of Elmbridge Councillor Barry Fairbank, Dominic Raab MP and many local business owners and friends.
What does Dar mean? It’s Lebanese for “lounge” and Spanish for the verb “to give”. And that’s a perfect combination with Spanish and Lebanese-inspired tapas as well as fine wines in a relaxed and convivial ambience.
This new restaurant is under the direction of Fadi Kesserwany from the very successful Lebanese restaurant, Mezzet, who brings his high standards of service and food to Mezzet Dar.
The interior has been totally renovated with warm colours, cosy seating in a separate snug area, and a taste of Spain and Lebanon throughout, as well as a mural showing Bridge Road at the turn of the century.
We would like to thank Fadi and his staff for a very pleasant evening, as well as congratulate the interior designers, Nick and the team from George Berry.
We’re delighted to see this fantastic addition to the growing choice of restaurants in Molesey.
